There are a few issues with my vehicle. Today I washed it and realize there is a off- white spot on the fender, and the fender is crooked and does not match up with the tailgate. And as I mentioned earlier, there is a drip of white paint on the fender. I trust that you will be able to repair all these issues immediately with a rental vehicle while it is return to the shop and repaired. I left a voicemail today, Saturday 8/14/21 at 3/10. I anticipate hearing from you on Monday regarding the resolution of these three issues.

I have taken my car here four times, four accidents in five years is no Bueno! Every time I bring my vehicle there, I take it home looking soooo good! They aren’t only easy to work with but stay in touch with you the whole time. The staff is kind and professional, and I love the “family” feel you get there. There was a big misunderstanding my last visit there BUT, they really helped me out and I was so extremely grateful! I discovered that they take great pride in their work, their company as a whole, but I saw this last time they take great pride in really helping their customers. I even received a sweet email from Michelle afterwards making sure all was well on my end!? This meant so much to me, I knew they not just cared about making sure my car looked great, it was evident to me that they were genuinely concerned about ME!?! I wouldn’t take my damaged cars anywhere BUT HAGAN! A huge thank you to them for their help and kindness! I give them stars!!!!

I am not yet completely satisfied because there was damage to the interior of the door panel that was not there before we took the car in for repair. We did not receive any follow up regarding the status and what Hagen plans to do. I called to get an update rather than someone calling me to give me an update. Apparently, a new panel has been ordered however we still haven't received any other information.
