Although your facilities post signs about valuables being left in cars, that should not give your employees entitlement to pilfer things out of your clients cars. I had my car charger and my iPod stolen out of my center console. That was no where near my rear bumper that was being fixed.
Everything was professional and organized. Experience was great.

I was not completely satisfied, I felt like I was treated as a novice. You know what you did so I need not elaborate. I only accepted it because I had wasted my time and I need to go to work. If you compared the pictures you taken before and after repairs work and that looks like complete satisfaction to you, you can check "Yes". I choose not to fix my car and it would be better if you put it in the records as such that "customer choose not to repair his car"

The experience was absolutely disappointing. Not only did we not get our vehicle back when we were originally told that we would, but the reasoning behind us not getting our vehicle was due to the lack of care by the employees. It got put off four different occasions because the employees missed a crack in a sort, then were careless and scratched our vehicle, & then ruined that paint job by keeping it out in unpermittable weather, & finally had to order parts because they did not educate themselves on the parts needed in the first place. Terrible experience.

I had to call to office to find out my updates He said he would call to let me know how it was going & when it would be ready Never heard from him No feedback ,scrambling my day to rush back to get car & rep never let me know. I called in myself to find out & had to rush over to pick up because you guys were closing & had to return rental Customer service from my rep was horrible. This should have been stress free on my part.

At time of pick up, we noticed a crack on the windshield which was not present during drop off. While Calliber agreed to fix it after much discussion, it iwill be an incinvenience as we have to return at a different time.

The door still has a crease in it, the trim was not painted, and there is a white spot on the door from where it wasn't buffed correctly. I am not happy with the repair work this time. I would like it to be redone.

Ross did a great job of informing me up front about potential additional costs to avoid any surprises. He was also accommodating of my request for a picture of the left side of the rear of my car so I could compare to the damaged right side. Ross was also very good about keeping me apprised of the progress of the repairs.

The replacement is polished metal, and doesn't match at all. The original, scratched wheel was far better than this replacement. If it is still at the shop I would prefer it be reinstalled.

Not at first....my vehicle had over spray on it...my vehicle is new...only had it for a little over 60 days....was told it was from sediment from other elements in the air....my vehicle is garage parked every day/night....feel that staff assumed because i am female i would not notice the difference...however... after i woukd not relent i was told it would be rectified...i left the vehicle over the weekend...picked it up this evening...its beautiful and shiny all over just as i dropped it off...the only thing that was omitted was they didnt get the over spray off the outside mirrors....now i am satisfied...but i think you shoukld advise your staff not all women are oblivious to things that they think only males care about...

Overall repair work was good.
But, one of the door proximity sensors is not working after **** week.
I am 99.9% satisfied, but I had to put air in every tire, including the wheel that was replaced, as soon as I left the shop. Not a huge deal, but it was an inconvenience that could've been avoided if they had checked my tire pressure before releasing the car.

Their customer service was way better than the few yelp reviews that I read. Brittany was very pleasant and kept me posted through the repair process. They even finished about 5 days faster than the estimated time and I did not have an easy repair.
Upon driving home, I learned that the speaker of the door replaced is not operational. Also the child safety lock cannot be disengaged and the door will not open from the inside. This is unacceptable

Caliber collision and team did a great job with my repairs. The front end of my truck looks brand new and solid.
There is an alert on my dashboard that appeared 3 times yesterday on my way home from picking up the Jeep. Something about wiping the front sensor. I will try cleaning it to see if it goes away. Other than that, I think it's too early to give an assessment of the repairs. I will say, everyone I interacted with have been friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. I feel confident they will make sure everything is right in the end.

I am not satisfied with the final repairs and how vehicle looks. It doesn't look the same as it did. Even the Caliber collision person over my claim told me and my wife that it's still messed up and doesn't look the same. I have text messages showing her stating this to me. If someone does not contact me at ****-****-xxxx within 24 hours I will be retaining an attorney as well as letting everyone on Facebook Yelp Instagram Twitter and any other avenue I have at my disposal to ensure that everyone knows the type of work that is done at Calliber. I am also in the Automotive industry as a VP and will let everyone I do business with aware of what has transpired and to immediately stop doing business with Calliber.

It took entirely too long. I was rear ended on August 10th. I was initially told that my car would be completed by August 25th. I was called on September 14th that my car was finally ready. I was impressed with the fact that I received almost daily updates by email and everyone that I was in contact with was extremely courteous and friendly. My only complaint was the time it took to get my car repaired.
Vehicle was not finished on date promised. We could have been notified the day before so we could have altered our plans to pick up car. No need to contact.

There was a little disconnect between when the car was ready since the Automated email shows i will receive a call but i never did. I had to call to confirm if i can come to pick up the car. Overall experience was really good.
Brian Vickery did a good job keeping me informed after my vehicle sat untouched for one week, no one knew it was there. Brittany was my new contact. After I made inquiries as to progress of repairs she kept me informed.Took six weeks to repair, additional parts were ordered several different times. Repairs look good, however, vehicle returned with interior dirt on front floor carpet, dusty interior and loud radio station changed, not the detail work I have grown accustomed from Caliber Collision Driver side headlamp cover was scratched. Incurred additional expense for rental/Enterprise. This was the first negative experience I encountered from Caliber Collision. Used Caliber twice in So. California and twice here in Texas.

Communication was extremely lacking. The only time I received an update on the status of my vehicle was when I called or emailed - even after being told I would be "called right back". My car sat for several days without being worked on because they were waiting for approval from the insurance company, but I had already received a check from the insurance company to pay Caliber. I didn't know my car was just sitting there until I called and asked for a status update. All I had to do was call the insurance agent myself to get a response.
On the day I was supposed to be able to pick up my car, it was left outside with the window open during a rainstorm! I went to look at the damage and the car had not been put back together (bumper, taillights, window molding, detailing, etc.). I highly doubt my car (even without the rain damage) would have been ready to pick up.
The mileage on my car was off by 380 miles from the recorded mileage when I dropped it off. Either they originally recorded it wrong, or someone took it for a joy ride, or both. After getting in the car, the seat adjustments were all changed, the AC was set to 58 degrees and blowing full blast (I assume they were running my car to dry the inside out).
Lastly, I can still see where the damage to the bumper occurred, but it was such a terrible experience, I don't dare risk dropping my car off again.
*The good* - The receptionists were always very polite and responsive. The paint match is good.

Scatches on vehicle, over spray all over car making it look 2 different colors, paint and scatches left on trim of window, trash and dust from sanding left in trunk, and compound through out creases of car. Overall body work was good, but the clean up and return of our vehicle was unsatisfying. Had to take it back due to over spray, they said they ran a clay rod over the vehicle, but that did not get it all off the car or windows. We had to pay for complete detailing in order to get all over spray off and have car exterior looking as is did when we placed in shop. Our car was initially worked on at the Clark street location in Round Rock, Tx.

Repair was good. Took 2 weeks longer than anticipated. I initiated all contact except an email in the first week. No support from leadership in caliber to make up for inconvenience by meeting half way on deductible (or any discount). Could have been legitimately out of their hands, but is a unfortunate event since Caliber is a large company who probably makes a good amount of money making these repairs. Was only told out of their hands and sorry for the inconvenience. Disappointing experience all the way around with Caliber this time.

Jeff took care of my Subaru while it was getting repaired. He is the some guy who took care of me last time too. Great guy, handled everything great. Karla at the front makes you feel better about the situation and helps you when you leave to leave happy about everything. I really like this specific Caliber...on Commerce in Round Rock, they really handle your accident claim well and make sure you feel pleased with how things are going.

We found 2 small dents left on the car. Satisfied with everything other than the 2 dents. We feel it is more of a hassle to bring it back so that's why you haven't heard from us. All other hail damage was completed satisfactory. All the the staff I spoke to and dealt with were extremely accommodating and very professional.
The hood was repainted, but there are a couple of bubbles in the finish.
I was promised my truck on the 16th. I didn't get it until the 23rd. Cost me several hundred in car rental fees. And now my lift gate doesn't work. It's broken. Wasn't broken when I brought it in. Lift gate opens 2/3rd the way and it beeps and shuts back. I'm scared to take it back in because I'm concerned it'll be another several weeks before I get it back.
