Something that to me seems completely obvious was missed during tear down inspection, then subsequently not repaired or submitted to insurance. I only partially fault Byers because I didn’t even assume to double check it in the supplemental damage report before repairs started since it was my wife’s car, and she was the one having the phone conversations during repairs and obviously I didn’t have the vehicle physically in front of me while the inspection was being done or I certainly would have caught it… When I asked about it at pickup, they basically said “well that’s too bad, you should have let us know”. It’s apparently a low cost fix, but still a huge inconvenience, on both my time and availability to be without a 2nd vehicle, and much more difficult to go back to my insurance company for the cost. My question was, when a car goes off the road and plows over a bunch of giant boulders, how does the damaged wheel miss getting on the list of things to fix when there $10k worth of body damage right next to the wheel??? large/deep cut in the surface of the finish on wheel was something I feel should have been caught or brought up. Literally 6-7” away from where all the obvious body damage was. It is cosmetic I realize, but looks like crap.

Brandon was not awesome, terrible communicator. Once he “left”, Emily took over and she is an amazing communicator. She got everything done quickly and kept me well informed. We are very happy with the repair and would recommend Byers Collision to others. Thank you!

At Byers Collision I was treated with warmth, respect and professionalism. The parts needed for the repair were on back order, so there was a long wait. This was frustrating for everyone.
