Being in the insurance industry, it was good for me to experience this side of the claims process. Went much smoother than some claims some of my clients have experienced. I liked the automated texts I received updating me on the status of repairs; whether it was waiting for parts or that work was being done.

Everyone , was amazing. They were so courteous and friendly. It was due to a claim with insurance and insurance company sent me there. I am so impressed at everything, from the way they kept me informed every step of repairs....to the repairs they did. My vehicle looks brand new. I have been telling everyone what a great job and how easy they made the whole process for me....all of them deserve kudos and I hope the upper people know that !

Having to go to a bodyshop stinks in general, but otherwise everything about the process was great. Estimate was fast and competitive, everyone was really nice, insurance and rental car handling was seamless and the truck looks great afterwards. Thanks so much!
