Great service, easy process, rental car on site, great hours to drop off and pick up car when repairs were done.
I picked my vehicle up last night. The driver seat was dirty with mud. Thee button to adjust the side mirrors is broke.
Everything is great except the hard start this morning. After the accident when the car sits overnight its difficult to start. Mentioned the issue when dropped off and was told the car starts. Car does start "yes" after a very long or several cranks.
The repair or replaced bumper and paint work is excellent. The car was returned almost showroom clean, I was amazed. Bob the service writer was super nice and great to work with. The lady behind the counter was super sweet, little flustered but super nice.
I feel bad selecting "NO" and will be reaching out to Bob later this morning. In no way will I give Service King a poor score. When leaving yesterday Bob said call in the morning if I experience any issues.

I felt that the time to complete was extremely long for the amount of damage that was incurred and an electric connection was missed
I was in an accident on 11/12 and had my car towed. The next day through insurance I tried to send it to my local service king, which is great, but they were too full and sent it to another location. That location received my car on 11/14. They misinformed me of the paperwork so after not hearing by 11/16 I called and they emailed me the paperwork to sign and get started. The entire next week I called daily and couldn't get any information as to if my car had even been looked at or assessed. By the 26th I finally got a new adjuster who started to go through the process with me. I kept being told completion dates that kept getting pushed back. Each time would be after I initiated calling when I didnt receive check ins, as communicated to me that I would. I went through 3 different push backs in time and finally got a completion call yesterday, after failing to hear back Friday on the status. I went to pick my car up from my local service king, after it was towed, and got halfway home before having to return the vehicle. It was making noise, rumbling, smelt like rubber, and my brakes felt very weak. I left my car with my shop to have them re-evalute my car. I've been paying daily out of pocket for a re ntal car and now have to extend that vehicle after already having for over a month
We need a wheel alignment on our service truck.
