The quality of the auto body work was excellent. My only complaint is that, even after I'd brought the vehicle into the dealership and after I'd received a quote, my advisor was unable to give me a estimate for how long the repair would take. All he could give me was a one-size fits all answer of "we always tell customers 2 weeks". So I had to schedule my other travel plans around a 2 week period with my car. In reality my vehicle was ready in 3.5 days. It's a good thing I didn't leave town for week long trip right after I left my car with the dealer.

My experience this time was a big disappointment. In the past I’ve always had a great experience when visiting the Mercedes Benz Manhattan for service. It felt like I wasn’t welcome and I was being taken advantage of. I tried to explain to the workers that I had purchased a repair plan to take care of dents and scratches and they kept cutting me off saying it doesn’t cover the scratches. I felt like I wasn’t being heard. Then when I called to check to see how much the repairs would cost, if the other concerns I had for service and what time I could pick up the vehicle. It took a while to get a response to my texts. I was told I had to pay first before the service center would look at the other concerns I had from the day I dropped my vehicle off. My goal was to make one trip to the dealership and not have to return for service or waste time trying to get service. I am totally disappointed because I paid for a plan to cover dents and scratches, and service and had to pay out of pocket twice. I see it is a bait and switch practices.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone at Mercedes-Benz for the last 12 days. I got a call from a service member that was very very unprofessional and did not even try to actually rectify the problem. The only thing was that he was looking for what he wanted to say, and did not allow me to speak at all. I’m very unsatisfied With the overall and not being able to get a hold of anyone and not even accomplishing what I was told in the beginning when I sent when I took my car, there was something completely different. Therefore, I’m pretty sure I will not be doing any Long anymore business with Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan as of this where none of my service or any of my future cars that I would be buying will not be from Mercedes Mercedes Manhattan

The issue with the front bumper fix was not fully resolved. This was noted by Christian, the person who processed the release to me. No one has contacted me yet about this to resolve it and reassured me it will be covered under insurance (from Uhaul not mine) either. I am pretty disappointed in this regard. I called about this last Friday (2 days ago) but still no response and I find in have to spend more time chasing this down.

It took the people doing the body work ONE WEEK to get back with an estimate. I thought they were working on the car. As a result I didn't have a car for over a month. On the other hand, Angelo Sanchez is an excellent service person and was very, very helpful.

My car is being held hostage. No one will get back to me with a status update. Where is my car and why do I have to call and email numerous times but to no avail. This is terrible customer experience.

Your collision advisor, Matthew, was excellent in communication and execution. However, because you installed a new phone system that didn't function properly, I had to make four phone calls and get angry with your customer service people to even get a call to start the process. It cost me several weeks without a car.

I was very happy to with the results of my car. She looked absolutely amazing! It’s was as if she never was damaged. My custom color was perfect. The work that was done was fantastic and I feel like I have a brand new car. I would highly recommend that people take their Mercedes to the MB dealership of manhattan. You will be truly satisfied.
