I have not yet picked up my automobile.It was not ready on the date as stated.(11/5)
The service was great!
Repairs were not completed and need to send vehicle back. In hope not to take another 15 days delay as parts were not in stock and took longer delivery to service center.
However service manager did provide his attention to this and provided his full attention to resolve this. I do know he did go above and beyond to accommodate. I understand he is focused on the customer service but constrained to the workflow and quality. Is there a quality check done prior to deliver to customer?
