Courtney did an amazing job communicating with me, utilizing her obvious professionalism and charm. From the moment I called Carstar I had little need of sifting through the haystack that is insurance claims. I am very grateful for this. Nick was very pleasant upon meeting, and very helpful working behind the scenes. The unnamed heroes of this repair obviously reside in the service bay. Courtney may attest to the fact that I was physically speechless when I saw my truck in it's restored condition. I am very pleased and impressed with my overall experience at Carstar in Edmonds. So much so in fact I am strongly considering purchasing a wrecked vehicle just so that I can return. Thank you for all the help, I hope to see you soon!

You had my car for two weeks. During that time I received regular emails indicating that things were moving along well, and that the work would be wrapped up on the Friday of the second week.
I turned up on that Friday only to find that you had not yet STARTED on my car, the emails were bogus, and that it would be yet another week before the car might be finished. I received no more email from you until the following Friday, and the email said the car was done.
The fact that you were having trouble getting parts and that the repair was off-schedule should have been communicated to us, but it was not.
This was an inconvenience for us, but if we had needed to rent a car it would have been a major expense, and I would be unhappy, to say the least. I know you guys really make an effort, and all of the people I spoke with were great, and professional. But this was flubbed badly.
I was not told what parts u were waiting on! Was it parts or was it the fact that there was to many cars ???? to get repaired?

The automated email alerts were not accurate. Received an email indicating my car was done twice, and it was not.
