Jay and Vanessa were absolutely amazing! They made me feel like family and too care of my car. She looks absolutely beautiful. I can’t believe she was even in an accident. You surpassed my expectations and kept my respect. I will never question where I’d take a vehicle. You have a customer for life.

I really liked getting the text updates during the repairs. You guys handled the rental car company for me on both ends of the repair, which was incredibly helpful. The repairs look amazing - well done! That’s a hell of a shop being ran down there, I would HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto El Mirage to anyone needing repairs. Thank you for fixing my Mazda3. I don’t answer calls unless I have to, and I thought I asked for only email updates so I wouldn’t waste your team’s time calling me. But that’s my only issue, everything else was great. I’d definitely recommend this place to others. Plus I loved that there were complimentary drinks; the rental place I went to didn’t have them.
