Want to thank everyone that was involved in repairing my vehicle. I was very scared leaving my car and wondering how it would look when done. Well my worries turned into what an amazing job done by all. The whole experience from the first day I walked and was greeted by very friendly people at the front desk the person who did my estimate was very friendly and helpful and getting the updates was really nice as well. Picking up my car the nice gentleman let me ask him multiple things that I wanted checked before leaving. He took his time and listened and let me view everything. Very very helpful. I would definitely recommend you company. Great work and very friendly atmosphere. Thanks again for a job well done.

The job was not completed. There is a huge crack in the air intake. We took back our rental when they told us our van was ready. After bringing it home, my husband looked under the hood and immediately saw the problem. Not sure how the mechanics missed it. Now the van will need to be returned so CARSTAR can do the work they originally didn’t do, and we will not have a vehicle. What a mess! Guess we should have known they didn’t have things in order when they first brought out the wrong van (someone else’s vehicle) for us to pick up!

The entire team was polite, cordial, and understanding when I had to pass on some repairs due to costs. They weren’t pushy, and I really appreciated that. They did a great job. I will absolutely continue to use them on any repairs I need in the (hopefully FAR) future.
