Not to happy with the repair. First off... The bumper was repaired not replaced and I can still see where the damage was done. And second. When the took the trunk apart to do the repairs. The shop did not put the car back together correctly. And there are missing clips. I and very unsatisfied with the work.

It was all great. Thanks for taking care of my car. Enterprise did charge me twice for the deposit of a rental. Apparently this was an error, but charging someone 200 instead of 100 can make an impact in someone's finances. Overall my experience with mossy was great!! Thanks!

Mossy Collidion Center has an excellent business system; they are efficient, thorough, considerate and methodical about the entire process from setting up my appointment, advising me about the repair work, and keeping me informed about the delay due to parts not arriving on time. The car rental was an easy process as they are located next door and all the peoe involved in my car repair worked together. I would recommend your business to famy and friends

I am very pleased with the service that Mossy Nissan has extended to me. I guess that's why I keep buying Nissans. Unfortunately, this was the second time that I had to use the Mossy Collision center. This time I was in a accident after just purchasing a 2013 Altima the damage was bad i thouhht for sure they would not be able to fix but Rafael Torres my service advisor was very professional, efficient and patient with me. He made a very bad situation for me turn in to please pleasant experience with confidence and ease.

When I was contacted by the collision center that my vehicle was ready, it wasn't. I noticed some scratch marks and addressed these concerns to the manager, the manager was apologetic, but who wants to hear excuses. I expected my vehicle checked by someone and ensured it was in fact ready. The manager attempted to provide me with a rental, it was a nightmare. I was required to us MY credit card as a deposit for something that was totally on Mossy Nissan, more excuses! The manager from the collison center later called me and advised that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived my vehicle was not ready and I was required to wait! More excuses! The service was totally unprofessional and I am very UNSATISFIED with the service. At this point I would NOT recommend Mossy Nissan Collison Center to anyone!
