Richard was great and very good at keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Jasmine (I think that was her name, the girl behind the reception desk) was very welcoming and fun to chat with. Ricky was great! He was very conscientious about calling us back to update us on the repairs. Cook's went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job repairing our BMW 128i, they replaced the battery because of an issue with sensors. I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Cook's Collision in Pleasanton to friends and family.

Front bumper is seated much lower now leaving a gap large enough to fit your fingers. Adjusting hood does not solve as it is already in its lowest setting. Exhaust rattles now as the brackets to hold up the pipes has not been re-installed. There is nothing supporting exhaust but turbos and back muffler. This small intervention should have not taken over **** month with 7 deadline re-schedules. I already bought the missing components and will install myself so this can happen in a timely manner.
