The professionalism shown to me by the Erdman staff, the Geico rep and the Enterprise rep was excellent. Everyone worked in conjunction and communication was always at the forefront. This WAS a POSITIVE experience.

The intake went very smoothly and quickly and when I went to pick it up very smooth once again. I didn't realize until later that day when I went to put something in my trunk that they had thrown everything in my trunk including my spare tire which is usually underneath the board in the back I couldn't fit anything in my trunk because they did not put it back the way it was so I was disappointed with that aspect and while I was leaning stuff against the back of the car to rearrange it I guess the paint wasn't totally dried and I put a mark on it so I'm not a Happy camper because of the laziness of the crew who basically through all my stuff back into my trunk.

They said they were opened till 8 pm. We showed up to pick up the car at 745 and 2 cars were blocking the front gates. We had to come back the next day

My car arrived with the front bumper cover wired on and most of the front grill missing after being hit by an F150. ALL the bolts were there that hold the bumper cover. How do I know? Because I used them as attachment points for the wire to hold the cover on the car. Check the pictures that Angel took of the car. The person who installed the new cover and grill decided that it did not need all the bolts, so they left some out. The air dam on the bottom of the bumper cover doesn't line up now either. Bottom line is that the installer got in a hurry and did a half **** job...NOT what I expected at all! You have some quality control issues. The paint looks great. Angel and Linda did a good job keeping in contact with me and arranging pickup of my car over the Labor day holiday.

They sent me text messages that weren't true. I drove down there because I got a text my truck would b ready. When I got there it wasn't going to b ready till the next day.
