overall really good, good customer service, responsive, caring and thoughtful. The updates were a little weak--- the calls were good, but the email "updates" were kind of just clutter in my email. One update just read "Your Saturn is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home." This tells me nothing. I probably wouldn't understand what you're doing to the car at that given moment anyway but it just wasn't informative. that's all I'm saying.
