The team was welcoming and extremely efficient. The manager assessed the needed repair and quickly provided an estimate. He also provided a summary of the work needed to my husband via conference call before any work was started.They estimated approximately 2 hours for the repair, however I was out in a little over an hour. To top it off, they gave my car a complementary wash. I'm also happy to share that the price for service was less than the dealership estimate we received. My husband and I are happy to give service to a local business.

My first favorable impression was that the building and offices were clean and well organized. Second, my interaction with Jennifer and Brian was very pleasant and professional. Third, communication throughout the repair process was frequent and timely. Finally, the repairs are excellent. I had visited and /or communicated with other Abra shops prior to finding the one in Chaska. My experience showed that not all Abra shops are created equal. The Chaska shop is at the top of the list and could be a model for others.

The bumper cover was damaged when it was reattached, so Elliot is ordering the needed parts to fix the issue. Elliot has been great to deal with and is nothing but professional in the process. It’s unfortunate the cover was damaged by the bracket it was attached to, but we’ll hopefully get the truck back in for repairs when the parts arrive.
