Honestly I had a great experience with Seidners collision center they would call me to let me know how my repairs were going and when I was there they had great customer service I cant say anything negative about them I was well taken care of. They even came and pick me up on there shuttle. When I paid for there services they were very detailed on explaining all the work they did. Maybe the only thing that was frustrating well I am sorry not frustrating but a bit annoying was that the parts for my vehicle took a while to come in, but that's not Seidners fault it's the brand Mitsubishi cause alot of there parts are overseas and it takes a while to get parts order. But overall the experience was good cause the collision center kept me informed when the parts were arriving sometimes as customers we have to be understanding in the process but like I said there customer service is good.
