I really like the daily updates and the attention to detail. I was appreciative when Luis would update me on a couple of unforeseen issues and how he quickly worked to solve the problem. This is the kind of thing where I hope I never have to come back, but if my car ever needs body work, this the first place I will turn

Female who answered phone on Monday ****/14, when I called to ask about bringing van to be looked at, was very cold and indifferent on the phone. I asked if I could bring van over (I live in Pacifica, 16 miles south of SF) and she said I had to have an appt. I asked to set an appt, but she said I could only make an appt online. So, I got off the phone and went online, but all appts for that day were filled. I called again and pointedly stated that this was my only day to drop off van due to my work schedule. Only then did she say I could bring it over and might have to wait for awhile. I said I would drive right over. As it turned out, I only waited 15-20 minutes to have vehicle looked at. If your shop hadn't been recommended by George **** at Toyota Walnut Creek, next door, AND been on Farmer's Insurance approved repair list, the woman who I reached on the phone would have cost you my business because I would have gone elsewhere. The work itself looks good-I just picked up the van. My second point that should be considered is that the rear interior of vehicle was dirty from dirt tracked in when, I assume workers did their work on van, but hadn't been cleaned before I came to pick it up. I hate to be picky, but please consider that I was the victim of a reckless driver, who cost me my $500 deductible and 2 days of my precious days off a stressful, exhausting job that I will never recover. A friendly accommodating voice on the other end of the phone would have been nice on that initial call. I do appreciate what looks like quality work itself and the rides to and from BART. I just couldn't give COMPLETE satisfaction.
