Frist, the repair was not on time. I was told by Kayla the repair will be done on 01/11/19, but it wasnt done until 01/16/19. Ms. Abby(?) said, we will let you know whenever it is ready, but I am not given a specific set date like I had asked because Ms. Abby said we were unable to control the time for repair.
Second, the repaired was not INSPECTED AS TOLD before they had given it to me. The washer reservoir tank had been replaced without a cap and fluid. I was told that the cap didn’t come with washer reservoir. Prior to the repair, an employee has told me that the reservoir cap was charged separately. Therefore, the employee gave me an old cap as she did me a favor and just filled clear water in the washer reservoir tank.
I asked my insurance company first, if the washer reservoir is replaced without the cap and fluid. Is this the correct way of doing this in your repair shop?

My only interaction was with the CSR, Kayla who was extremely courteous and helpful and made the entire experience absolutely stress free for me. All communication was timely and effective. My car was restored to its original condition and I am pleased with the repair job. I will highly recommend Gillman body repair service.

Actually yes and no. There’s a teeny tiny black dot in the paint where the repair was done and they could have vacuumed up the inside where there was dust from the work. Not a big deal but I did it when I got home. I really did like the text messages that I got during the repair. It was raining when I picked up the car so I’ll need to check out the job better in the sunlight whenever we get some. Overall it’s all good. Thank you.
