Take too long the repair , during that time I didn’t get any update,the lady said she was sending updates to another number, but they had the right number, anyway I have my car now.

Everything was great although your repair guys forgot to put on the equinox emblem back on the door so now I have to take it back Monday take time out of a busy schedule to take it back to get it 110% complete

My only complaint is that I drove from La Quinta to the shop on 10/10 and the job wasn’t 100% complete. It was a bit of an inconvenience but the overall service made up for it

They need better communication skills and faster turn around time. It should have taken almost a month for 2 doors to be put on a car not to mention I don’t think they really inspected the car for any other damage other than the doors because my steering is still off and my left tire has been going flat which it wasn’t doing before the accident. I’d take it back to I-10 Collision Center, but I’m afraid it’ll be another month before I see my car again.
So far all is great. I will keep a watch in performance and other items.
