Overall I was satisfied but I was disappointed that the grill was a chrome grill and not the proper paint-matched for my sport model 4Runner. I understand that the availability of parts for the truck is scarce but the paint matched grill is a premium option that separates the sport model from lower trim lines. The bumper cover hangs lower than it originally did before the accident as well. I expected it to be all the same. I was given a complimentary loaner which was outstanding and I’m very happy about that.
