The repair work was excellent. SK got my deductible wrong, I and Metlife Insurance told them it was 250 and it was still listed when I picked up my truck at 1000. All else was good.

Due to a backed up facility it took longer to repair my truck then initially thought, but as for the work on my truck it was very well done and taken care of and cleaned up afterwards. Overall the work was very detailed but the time frame was the only factor in not being completely satisfied and anther shop should be opened to mitigate that

This was an outstanding experience! Geico rep called me immediately after the wreck and got me an appointment with Service King the next morning! Service King called with information of location and they arranged to have a rental car ready when I dropped my car off to be repaired. They answered all my questions. Not done at the time they said it would be. No updates at critical times. Trunk of my car pulled apart to get wheel lock not put back together. Wheel lock not returned to original place. Employees cutting up with each other while checking me out. Watching YouTube very unprofessional behavior. Would strongly discourage people from going after my experience. You are only as good as your word and the 105 location unable to do that.

So appalled a disgusted with your company I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. I wish my car had just been totaled, handing it over to service King was the biggest mistake I made. If anything my car is more messed up now then it was after someone hit me and drove away four weeks ago. Truly amazed and this experience love how you treat your active duty military, I will be reporting this experience to the better business bureau first thing next week USAA shouldn't be sending soldiers to your crooked company!

When I have an accident and it's not my fault every time I have to go out of my way or make an extra drive when My Car is supposed to be ready and I find out they didn't put the tire on , there supposed put a new tire on and then they had the nerve to ask me to go to the tire place and sit and wait to get the tire put on because they didn't do it properly I'm not the one that supposed to be put out . I got hit and it was not my fault...I had to go there twice to get my car

My vehicle once completed sat in the front of the building for a week. I could not pick the vehicle up once complete because a check had to be signed by the bank and returned via Fed Ex. I pondered the thought of paying for the repair out of my pocket and just being reimbursed. The repair was 1,800 and I asked how long would it take to be refunded. I was told it had to be signed off of by 3 different departments. I could not just have 1,800 floating in the sky with no clear date of a refund. So I had to wait. Once getting into my truck it needed a boost. My dash board is now reading "Service Antitheft System", which it didn't read before sending the vehicle. In a less than 24 hours I've now gotten 3 jumps to start my vehicle. The dash message goes off and comes right back on once I attempt to start the truck after being off for an extended period. The staff at the location was GREAT to deal with. They were professional and attempted to assist when they could. Im a police and work in the area of the shop, that area is where I patrol. I work multiple extra jobs on the Lake, and when I leave I am in my truck that was serviced. My truck differs slightly from a stock Silverado, and because of the modifications several groups of people know my truck the second they see it. All those people are not my friends, because I'm a police officer. So for my truck to sit in the front of a building on 105 for a week is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure why the AntiTheft system light keeps coming on, and the truck needing a boost and it's a year old. But I'm sure the light and well as the boost support the alarm has been activated several times over the past week.

I had to go twice to pick up the car. The first time it was not painted correctly, color did not match rest of car in one of the repair areas. Outside of that the rest at least externally seems fine.

I asked for my headliner to be fixed, no one bothered. The Geico end of this was chaotic, but Service King told me it would be ready the 23, then suddenly calls at 530Ish and says your cars ready 4 days earlier while I was 7 hours away with no respect for such a drastic short notice and to top that the **** head liner wasn't touched. I blew money on a vacation yall screwed up, but didn't even have my truck ready, my door has to be slammed to get it to shut. So, you can see I'm not very pleased or happy. Sorry but I won't be back if I have a choice.

I paid for a pre-existing repair when the bumper cover had to be replaced. That mean I was charged as well as Geico for the same repair. originally, I was told they had to charge me because they were going to repair the bumper cover. I agreed to the charge. When I got home I read where the bumper cover had to be replaced. I should not have been charged for the pre-existing repair if the cover had to be replaced.
The Text messaging system works good except when it projects your car to ready within a certain time limit and once your car is not ready a updated message do not reassure you that it's just gone take a little longer.

When I picked up the vehicle the bumper was not properly put on. After arguing that it was not right they finally fixed it. When I was leaving my turn signal was out which was not like that when I dropped it off. The color is not matching. A cup I had left in the vehicle got broken. I asked on two seperate occasions for quotes for parts that I need fixed and that I would pay on my own and I have never hear back. Not impressed at all
The staff and manager (Steven) were all outstanding. They were friendly, hospitable, and totally took care of everything. They kept me in the loop throughout my repair and updated me as needed. The work done was first rate and it looks fantastic. The price was more than fair for the great work that was done on my truck. I would recommend SK to my family and friends. Thank you!!!

I was originally told the car would be ready at 4:00 on 10/19. At about 3:00 that day, the date was moved to 10/21. The afternoon of 10/21, I was told it would be ready the morning of 10/22. And the afternoon of 10/22 I was told that it should be ready on 10/23. I was able to get the car the afternoon of 10/23. The body work looks very good, which I appreciate. My GPS map seems to be messed up, but I am hoping the dealer will be able to fix that when the car is serviced soon. In summary, my primary disappointment was that I wasn't given a realistic target date to begin with and that I wasn't told much earlier when the dates slipped. Thanks for asking for my input.
Everything was handled as smoothly as possible! It's a terrible inconvenience to be involved in a fender bender but the people at Service King made it feel almost seamless! They kept me updated with progress notes and had my car ready in a week! I was quite pleased!

We called back due to some concerns and the gentlemen was suppose to call us back two days ago to try to rectify the situation. We called again yesterday and left a message with the front desk lady. He has still yet to call us back. In our original conversation he made a comment that he would do everything to make us happy. Well not calling the customer back after repeated attempts on our behalf is very bad service. So thus far we are very unsatisfied customers! I thought customer service was dead. I was wrong. Service King at Lake Conroe is the place to go. Brought my 2002 ford ranger in for a front end rebuild and they did just that. Rick is your man, and that is who you want to talk to. He kept me better informed about the progress of my truck BETTER than some doctors do about my medical needs.
