Everything for most part was fine, as mentioned in previous survey was the reluctance of wanting to fix the vehicle to reimbursement for reapplying the ceramic that was on the vehicle prior to the repair.
Other than that everything including the workmanship was fine.

Well, first off I wasted 2 weeks to only get the car back the same way I left it. Secondly, the lack of communication between apple and the insurance leaves much to be desired. This should have never taken 2 weeks, epically if apple did was take apart my car and out it back together . Thirdly, when I picked up my car the check engine light was on! I've had this car since 2017 and this never **** happened before. Hummm , this is interesting .... I'm left to wonder what else you messed up on my car ... Why should I ever use apple again .. I may just make it my life's work to make sure I tell everyone I meet to never take their car to apple collision

Being lied to and without my car for weeks is bull! My car only took 5 days to complete...oh and not happy w the repair I was told one thing and complete opposite was done...looks like crap. Will never go back and neither will anyone that knows my experience...and from what I just read on reviews it’s a common practice to be lied too just to wait for weeks to get a car back w half **** completion of the work done...good bye and good luck
