When all was said and done, the vehicle looks perfect. I thought the repairs would be be done faster than they were completed. But your front desk Desire is wonderful at communication even if it is not what I wanted to hear. She has a wonderful phone voice and did go above and beyond helping me understand the reasoning behind the process. Thank you for that.

Everything was good except the multple (text message service and live person updates) and conflicting reports about when the car would be ready. First, it was Friday, then I wrote the following week, then the next Friday, then Wednesday morning, and I ilultinatley picked it up on Thursday. Using a text system is helpful only if it gives accurate times and doesn’t require me to call in to get the actual pick up time. I would have preferred an accurate estimate of when the car would have been ready, even if it was 2 weeks, as opposed to multiple and frequently adjusted and wildly varying estimates of when it would be ready. The current system feels way too hands on and provides too much unnecessary and inaccurate info. However, other than that, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and pleasant, he shop looked great, and so does the car. If you get the scheduling/pickup system down, things would be great. Hope this feedback is helpful.

When I dropped off my vehicle, the front desk greeting was exceptional. You couldn’t ask for a better representative for your company. I was kept up to date I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle by Desiree. Even though it took a couple extra days to complete my vehicle, it was well worth it for the thoroughness of a body shop that knows their “craft”

They never finish the job right always there be something missing they kept my Truck16 days and they never fix it right and they don’t clean my truck they keep it dirty from inside and outside all of the Seat white and The mats on the floor white from the dust from the shop they never put the thing on the bottom of the bumper they don’t follow the route they don’t respect the customer this is the second time they did this one twice and We never come back to this job we got to be complain all the time about this job
Alan was very professional, knowledgeable, and client-centered on every level of service. After 40 relatively accident devoid years, I had the occasion to need auto body service 2x in the course of 4 months. I returned a second time in large part on account of the service Alan provided the first time, and if circumstances dictate, will return again because of his efforts. Also, the front of the store contact personnel were consistently pleasant and professional.
