I recently submitted a survey. I was very satisfied with the work on my car and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a misunderstanding on the mileage that was listed when dropping off my car. I have now been informed that the mileage listed was the mileage when I had the appraisal not the day I dropped my car off for body work. Hopefully this will rectify any negative feedback that my first response may have caused your business.

I decided to put new tires on the car. After paying for the tires we went to car to get the lock. Lock was not in the car. Tried calling the New Lenox store, but store was closed. Stopped at the Shorewood Center and spoke with Michael Crimmins. He also searched the car with no luck. At the very least this is an inconvenience! Had this been later in year, with a wheel issue, and perhaps out of state, what would have happened?! What would we have done? If a mundane task such as replacing a wheel lock back in its proper place is ignored, how am I to trust vital mechanical tasks will be completed properly?!
