Great customer service and very thorough. You guys tried calling The rental company located down the street to let them know I was there, so they could drop off my rental car, but they would not answer the phone. One of your guys was leaving for the day to go to an Appt and asked if I wanted him to drop me off on his way, I said yes. Great experience.

I spoke to my advisor today- I just wish we would have fixed the back area (tailgate) because now it stands out. It looks like it was spot painted, but we did not do that. Not sure what happened.

My vehicle looks brand new after the repairs we done. I have had a few vehicles repaired at DFW collision Grapevine. I keep coming back due to the quality of work and service provided. I typically receive updates on how the process is going. This time I did not receive many updates. I will continue to use DFW Collision and recommend your services.

The people are really very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin, my service advisor really did a great job coordinating the repairs. Overall I was happy with the service. I was a bit disappointed because my vehicle was in the shop for I believe about 45 days for hail repairs and because of that, I paid about $600 out of pocket for car rental. To be honest 45 days seems a bit excessive to repair hail damage but to their credit, they did tell me to expect the repairs to go beyond the 30 days rental car allowance. Communications like periodic ststus updates need improvement. In 45 days I got one update which was the initial update and if I was calling I will not know the status.

My car was so beautifully detailed when I got it back (although I didn’t get my rubber mats back). But iit was such a nice surprise! Of course the repair was perfect !

My car was totaled, so there wasn't a lot of interaction after I first dropped it off. However, at the first visit the staff were very informative and helpful.
