What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a very good experience! I was very happy with how expeditious my car was completed and how I got what seemed like daily updates. I’d also like to mention the front desk staff was courteous and made sure I was taken care of from getting my rental car set up to making sure I was satisfied with the work. I hope I never have to get collision work done again but if I do I will definitely come see you folks again!

Love working with your front desk people! They are so kind and personable.
They worked with another party for payment. Although I had hoped for a smooth personal party payment, it got a little confusing, but your staff was gracious and patient to work it out.

Everyone was amazing and awesome! The communication from you to me regarding my car was so appreciated. My car was returned to me fully detailed. The repairs that were done were amazing!
Top notch service from the front desk staff to the techs. While I hope I don’t need to have repairs anytime soon, there is no other place I will bring my car. I have sent and will continue to send friends to you all!

Of course, it is important to me that the work was done satisfactorily (which it appears to be) but your service level is extraordinary! You provide constant updates and you staff is extremely helpful. I particularly dealt with Anthony, Amanda & Alison and all three of them were wonderful! You should be proud to have employees like that on your team. I would most certainly recommend Cole’s to others if needed. Thank you for a positive experience.
