While all the people were very very nice… There was some confusion and and I had to make 3 visits. The first week I was without a vehicle and my vehicle sat the hole time in your service lot as a few more dents were identified and submitted beyond what the adjuster had identified. I called and picked it up and drove it home for until notified that the added insurance amount was approved. The second time was 3 days and because of miscommunication the dents weren’t fixed only the glass. It was raining hard when I picked it up so I didn’t look it over until home and in my garage. The 3rd time (2 days) the dents were nicely fixed. I had bought the car at your dealership **** week before the hail storm hit and was super happy with the staff. I’m sure this was just a slip up and will bring it in for all my serving needs. Thanks

It took 8 weeks from the time my car was towed to your shop until it was determined it would be “totaled”. I visited your shop on 2 occasions while my car was sitting outside in your lot. Every shop bay was full and active. I’m happy that any local business is busy. But if there is a “next time” I will be pursuing another local body shop.

The work done was very good. However, I would have appreciated meeting with someone to discuss the car after it was done to make sure I was satisfied. I had asked for some budding of scratches to be done on my trunk lid at my expense. The bill has a comment about work being done but I thought more of the scratches could have been buffed out.

When I brought my car in to get fixed I asked them if they could do a oil change and filter along with rotating tires they told me no schedule a appointment. So I did that and found out the day I had my appointment that my stuff I wanted done that it was not due up . Next time communication needs to be better. Thank you

I was so impressed with our service from beginning to end. Our parts came in a month sooner than anticipated and they finished the repair in just one day. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new and like nothing had ever happened. The employees were very helpful, especially Paolo.
