There was no status throughout the process. No walkthrough of the work completed. The paint on the front right bumper looked like white out was applied rather than actual paint. The experience was not great.

Everything from initial contact to final delivery was top notch. They don't spend a lot of time talking about excellence but they embody it in all they do. Gary was great early on to explain o me the issues with the car and genuine concerns for safety as I was still driving it around. Then Anna took over once repairs started and she was very communicative which I greatly appreciated. She even helped me gain some benefit from the situation by making some trim changes while it was in for repair. All in all, she was great other than work with. Finally, the result itself is flawless. I've had car repairs before and always been able to see or feel something. Nothing yet and I'm hopeful it stays that way! They returned my car to new and I am very grateful. Thank you!

I am very happy with the repair work done on my G-80. After an accident that damaged the left front exterior and steering and suspension systems, the car was returned looking like new and driving smoothly. I am especially appreciative of the communications and advice that I received from Anna Lynn over the roughly 10 weeks that it took to complete the repairs. In addition to keeping me updated on work progress, Anna provided helpful advice on dealing with the insurance company and car rental agency. Anna's help made the entire process less stressful.

The problem was not fixed, this is the 5th time I came in with the problem on my bumper. The issue is still not resolved. I’ve been told multiple times that the issue is the paint chipping but the bumper is quite literally falling off.
