They didn’t do an overall quality check to make sure the shutters were aligned with the bumper cover and i had to call that out. They ended up being able to take the bumper off, fix the impact bar which was pushed in, and put the bumper back on all in a span of 30 minutes so honestly very confusing how i paid for 8 hours of labor when it seems like it would’ve taken 2 hours, if that, for the technician. The work is done and I’m okay with how it came out but the whole situation is kinda confusing to me. Also not sure if this is normal but i guess the tech’s hands must’ve been dirty because my steering wheel had some debris on it that i had to wipe down. I get it can happen while working but i would’ve appreciated some level of respect to my car and kept it clean
