Bree at the front desk was amazing for just leaving my keys in my vehicle on Friday because I got stuck in traffic and couldn’t pick it up before closing time. I didn't realize it was going to take as long as it did for my car to be repaired. I had a time scheduled and they asked that I move it back a week since they were busy. I'm not sure if the damage caused it to be that long or that the shop was busy. It might be helpful to tell people during the estimate how long it would take to get fixed.
