The lack of communication and knowledge to what was happening with my car was extremely frustrating. The 4 month time frame my vehicle was in Yark Collision was the most ridiculous time I have ever experienced in all my years of dealing with any car being in a shop. I felt as if because of my insurance company they didn't want to take care of me based on that. I had to put in alot of work for a place I gave my last dollar to, to take care of my vehicle.

I was satisfied with the overall workmanship, but the repair took 6 days longer than I was quoted and the communication could have been better. Also, the girl working the desk wasn't the friendliest.
