My Experience was absolutely horrible from the beginning. Karina was supposed to call me and let me know when the parts for my vehicle would arrive so that I could drop off my vehicle in a timely manner. Instead this did not happen and I had to then call her after I did not hear from her which led to me calling the day after the parts arrived and having to delay my repairs for a week. In short every time I was promised a phone call or any form of communication from her never happened. Then when picking up my vehicle I received attitude when I had concerns about paint in places it did not belong as well as adhesive residue. Then once I got into my vehicle I noticed a button missing from the dash when I spoke with her about it she insinuated that’s a button may not have been there when I dropped off the vehicle I’m very meticulous about my vehicle. When I indicated that I was making an effort to stay calm she said and I quote that she had a long day too and there was no reason to be upset again she promised to call the next day which I did not receive at all. As I did not wish to deal with her any further I spoke directly to the Geico claim agent and asked if there was another shop I could go to has now while I found the button the rear passenger door does not open unless one pulls it 6 to 8 times in a row. While I was advised that the body shop there has the first right of refusal and I am not able to go to another shop I’ve made it very clear that I do not wish to deal with the young woman again and will be reaching out directly to the acting manager Alex as I don’t appreciate comments and things being a silly waited or added that we’re not correct.
