I was greeted by the very rude general manager who ordered me to go and park my rental in the large FULL parking lot. Mind you, I am an 81 year old woman...seems like ill treatment in return for $4,000 dollars worth of repairs. The rest of the staff, in particular, the advisor, Karina Gomez, were very helpful . So far, the repair seems OK.

My 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 needef rear bumper replacement. Everything started very well. DarCars seemed thrustworthy for the repair. They estimated couple of days for the repair. But, when the completion time came they contacted me and said the bumper they received was incorrect and it will take another couple of days to get the correct one. I was frustrated. But there was nothing I could do. So, it took double time (a week) to complete the fix.
