The repair was done, yet someone went crazy with the buffing and more scratches were made. I showed David the damages. He told me to come back and he will fix it. I have been extremely busy, I will try to schedule next week.

We believe that 101 Auto Body Berkeley did more than was expected (although the repair job was done as requested). Because a part delivery was delayed, the promised deadline was not met. That meant the car needed to be stored for two weeks before the car can be retrieved by us, as we were out of town. The repair shop did not charge us for any storage fees. When the car was delivered back to us, the car was cleaned completely, almost as clean as when it was first came off the assembly line.
