They took a lot of time to repair my car plus they gave me the car with a front camera that doesn't work knowing that before dropping it off it works. I'm going to file a report on this and call my insurance.

The repair job was amazing and solid, the customer services was on point and leaves nothing more desired. The parts took almost a month to arrive which was the main pain point of the whole job, but otherwise a job well done on the garage's part!

You all were polite, helpful, and did a beauty job and oh my goodness, my car has never been this clean inside and out!! It was a tad disturbing that you needed another day because of a workers not doing the drying process correctly, but I appreciate your honesty and telling me the reason and it worked out for me because you took the slack of me having to pay the extra $20 for a stupid rental car because of basically your mistake so to speak. I did ask for that. It would’ve been great if you offered it because the whole mistake was not my fault , but I appreciated your coming through with my request.

They failed to correctly install my collision sensor and I had to go the VW dealership. They wasted my time. Also, they took about two months to get the parts to repair my car in the first place and did not give me updates in a timely manner throughout the whole process.
