I took it in for a front bumper repair and in the process of cleaning the car, they completely ruined the paint on the whole car. It looks like they used a Brillo Pad to wash my car. I will be calling my insurance company to inform them of the situation. When I bring a car in for a repair I expect the car to be in better condition than when I dropped it off. Hoffman still has the car. If they don’t remedy this, I will escalate this. This is completely unacceptable. Not only am I completely dissatisfied, I’m extremely upset. Who do you have working for you? Whomever it is, you should re-evaluate their position or at the very least, re-train them on how to handle a customer’s car. I’m a Quality Engineer for Harley-Davidson. This is the business I’m in. I’m not some idiot who will just settle for a complete disregard for not taking care of someone’s property properly.

Your team kept me updated and the delivery was on time. I am a very satisfied customer. Great job!! Thank you. I would definitely recommend you.
