Knowledgeable as well as honest! The customer service provided by the front office clerks/specialists! Great! They quickly handled my every request with genuine care and concern! Even down to the closing process of returning the rental and picking up my car! Flawless service! Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly. I feel like had I went anywhere else they would have cut corners to get my car out of their shop. Might’ve taken 3 weeks but at least it was done correctly. Thank you Glenn for making sure I was happy with my car and thank you Tyler for taking the time to show me exactly what was wrong with it and explaining why it was taking so long. Another body shop worker I know tried to tell me what y’all did was unnecessary. But after seeing with my own eyes I knew right then I made the right choice. So thank you again.
