I really appreciated the great customer service.
My main interactions were with Dell and the receptionist and they were amazing. I felt like I was talking to two friends. I’m a new Mom and the inside of my car was a mess. I’ve barely had time to take care of myself let alone that mess. I got the car back and it was spotless. I appreciate Dell going the extra mile to provide me with my car in better shape than I left it. I would totally bring my car back there over and over again to deal with the nice folks there again. As much as I hated paying my $500 deductible it didn’t bother me as much because of the great experience I had with the team there. Thank you!
