Finish date pushed back no fewer than 5 times. On return, air conditioning does not function and brakes now pull strongly to the right. Took a month and a half to diagnose and repair and vehicle does not seem to have been tested to make sure everything is in proper working order. Satisfied? Not so much.

Too many issues with when the car was supposed to be done, front grill not fixed correctly the first time. I heard from rep "well your case was passed to me so I'm just doing my best" the lack of quality control and I'm still not happy with the bottom piece of the car but you have tried twice to fix.
Overall experience is 4 out of 10. Front desk receptionist was friendly which was a positive.
Allan is great as he was always kind & thorougt. He had my correct email & phone number. Unfortunately, the front desk did not, so all communication has been & is still going to my 70 yr old parents in Pennsylvania. Lol. That was the biggest break down in the communication, otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.
