I still have to return the vehicle on Tuesday to have the hood adjusted. I drove the vehicle half a mile and the engine overheat light came on. I bought anti-freeze and added to the radiator. See you on Tuesday.
My car was scratched after repair and I had to discover it on my own. I did receive 200 off my deductible because I refuse to wait another 3 days for my car to be sprayed over which is probably more than the deductible. Additionally one of the parking lights for my car is now out and apparently no one knows how. Guess it went out on its own .
On a replacement of my grill it is busted,ever place painted look like my 5th grader did the work and my new headlight is falling apart from the inside. Please feel free to call me ****-****-xxxx

The hood on the car does not look the same as the one that was originally on it. But don't think there is much that can be done to change it.

Margaret went over and beyond helping us with the repairs on our Dodge truck. We had insurance issues that she was able to resolve. Margaret is very experienced in her job and has a great deal of patience and professionalism. We will always use auto national for any future needs. Jason does a superb job repairing vehicles. His outstanding skills and attention to detail is hard to find and is very appreciated.
They were very nice but the paint don't match and I will take it back to get repainted
Margaret **** at Autonation Colission is amazing. She turned what could've been a quite frustrating experience with billing and payments from my insurance company to completely seamless. It is never easy dealing with a hit and run from the insurance perspective, but Margaret walked me through everything and communicated every step of the way. I liked getting the emailed updates on the progress of my car and when it came time for pickup was even asked if I would like them to have my car go to the Autonation Service department beforehand to get my oil changed since I was due for one. So in the end I picked up my car that looks brand new, runs great and has all work with a warranty. I am completely satisfied and will go back for any future needs.

the repair work was great, my car looks good from the body work to the paint I can't even tell there was any damage! It was even ready ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the office staff was less than impressive. The estimator who was supposed to keep me updated did not contact me at all. I had to call to check if my car was ready and to get the total price. Only after i called (and was told my car had been ready) was i sent an email saying it was ready. When i came in to pick the vehicle up the person who took my payment was very unfriendly. She never spoke to me other than to say "sign here" and "is this credit or debit" While i was paying the estimator came up and told me about the survey i would be getting then she gave me a print out of what it would be and already had it filled out i was told that was what they wanted the survey to look like. I did not appreciate being told how i was to complete this. Then when i got in my car to leave the keys were not in it, she never gave me the keys. i would recommend your collision center to friends based on the quality of work that was done NOT the office staff! i do not want to be contacted by the office staff in regards to this survey.
