Melinda kept me updated on the progress of the repairs & worked well with the insurance company. It took longer than I thought to complete the repairs but they were done professionally & perfectly.

I just wish the adjuster had approved all needed parts in the beginning so I didn't have to wait the extra time to get my car back. My experience with the folks at Autonation was excellent.

Everyone was so nice and professional. I drooped my car off thrusday morning thi king I wouldnt get ir back u til monday or tuesday but I actaully got it the next day! They noiced all the little dents and scratches and fixed it all. It looks perfect and I can't thank them enough.

Excellent service from the time i took my car in for repairsto the time i picked my car up. My vehicle was being fixed for an accident. It took a little longer than expected but I will say that Melinda was extremely helpful and always giving me updated in a timely manner. On the other hand, I was presented the vehicle and immediately noticed the hood was bent. After further inspection, I found the headlight and fog light LEDs I had mentioned twice were not installed, the driver's side interior door panel was cracked, the steering column is either crooked or its just from the paneling around the column not being completely put back together correctly, and a very noticeable patch of deep scratches on the cab above the driver's side door. All I can say is that I am extremely disappointed as to the quality of work done and presented to me, or should I say, disappointed in the repair standard I was treated with from a Ford Dealership.

Car looks great, damage repaired. Cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. Thank you.

Hi, other than two mechanical issues, auto nation did great job on the body work and physical repairs,, just found out this eevening my 4 wheel drive is not working, plus an already discussed tire sensor issue

Just happy car looks like brand new and to have it back
