Jason **** was pleasant and accommodating. Body work-10 Paint finish -10. Alignment-10. Cleanup-10. Only problem was bodyman's failure to properly secure RR panel requiring: ****. Comment by me at pickup that the panel was loose, to which response was "They are all like that because the exhaust pipe is on that side" 2. Me getting under the car to determine that a fastener was missing. I returned the next morning and Jason had it taken care of in 20 minutes. You get a 9 out of 10. you would have gotten a 10 but for the missing clip coupled with the statement-they are all like that.

Number one I want to thank Jason and the AutoNation team for taking care of my daughter vehicle. The Mazda 3. Jason gave us updates daily via phone and text. He was very professional over the phone every time I talk to him he told me everything that was going to happen and when the car was going to be ready and he said the vehicle will not leave the lot if it's not 100% and that's what I asked him please do not let that car leave the lot unless it's 100%. Thank you Jason and the AutoNation team for everything you've done to help me and my daughter with her vehicle. You're a 10 in my book. I've been scammed too many times in South Florida with body shops that just have done us wrong. But AutoNation I hope you did me right I'm pretty sure you did. Thank you everyone at AutoNation.

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the work that was done in my vehicle and most importantly I'm displeased with the way I was treated by John avino. He disrespected me call me broke belittled me tell he to get the hell out of the shop and never come back. Call Enterprise to tell them that to make sure they charge me when returning the rental because I'm trying to avoid paying them. The real reason for wanting to leave the rental at auto nation is because I didn't want to be late for work. Unlike them I take my job seriously and actually help my clients
