I took my Toyota Prius to an AutoNation Certified Collision repair center despite being further in distance, more costly, and not the preferred insurance body shop as I expected a higher standard. Cosmetically, the front bumper damage has been repaired beautifully, however, on replacing the radiator, the outside temperature sensor was not replaced. The climate control is blank where "Outdoor Temperature" typically is displayed. A simple checklist would've caught this error prior to delivery. Currently, the automatic climate control isn't calibrating properly as the outside temperature cannot be determined. I picked up my car on Thursday, Oct 20th at 5:30pm. I realized the error driving home and called the Collision center immediately the next morning. I explained the situation and have been expecting a return call to no avail.
Great service in a reasonable time and Ben was gracious and helpful. My tires were even scrubbed and spiffed up when my van was returned!
I am satisfy with the job, but it takes too long.

Our CSR, Patty, provided the best customer service by any company in years. We were treated as valued customers, kept advised of the progress on our repairs and coordinated payment with our insurer. Our car was repaired flawlessly, looks brand new. Patty handled all of the details and paperwork and made the entire process painless. Great experience.

Apparently the parts arrived in a better-than-expected time frame, and the car was returned to me not only in excellent mechanical condition, but much earlier than I had expected!

Took too long. Would have preferred if car could have been delivered for nominal fee to make life easier as my schedule very busy. This was never offered and thereby I took a cab and waited outside dealership at 6:45AM to get in and take possession of vehicle. I also specified that I wanted to inspect tire under car for damage prior to mounting and this did not occur.
I had a magnet on my car from the dog rescue I volunteer for. It was on there when it went on and I picked up by car today and it's gone
I feel that I had to push a bit to get the car DONE within 4 days while I had originally been told that it would take 3 days . That was somewhat unnerving.everything else was just great.
I was unhappy with the communication. The work that was done is great except the on little window is no longer tinted. Autonation says they did not replace any glass but I assure you that window was tinted when I left it there
Took a little longer than expected, but the quality of the work was well worth the wait.
