Wish they would of used a new bumper and not repairing and putting Bondo on the damaged bumper. Who ever did the Bondo did not take time to make all areas nice like it was never damaged, other notices of areas that were overlooked at the time. These were addressed but not fixed to my satisfaction. I will reconsider before taking my vehicle again to this bodyshop

The repairs weren't complete the back bumper put on was white not Blizzard pearl, the car wasn't aligned, there were thumping sounds towards the back end and the front bumper color was right but not on correctly I had already spoken to your collision Mgr.that he would cover the $50 cost and finish up the repairs at the US Highway Auto Nation Toyota. I got there was given a form to give to Hertz when I got there was picked up from someone at Hertz when was told by the gentleman there the form was to only cover the days to bill to them that Auto Nation was covering not the Rental I was very upset and embrassed called the Mgr to leave my car so i could pick it back up and my husband had to pick me up from Hertz. My husband questioned why he lied and asked why I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle because we didn't have the money at that time thats why he offered to pay in the beginning I was an am very disappointed with the service received and still hasn't been resolved as of today...

Dennis Roland was terrific - provided detailed estimates including photos after the tear down and kept us updated on when the repairs would be completed. The body work and paint job make the car look new again. Thank you for making this a painless process!

Communication and the staff were both good and friendly. After picking up my car I realized inside there is a very thick layer of dust everywhere inside. Also the fumes of paint are pretty strong and I have a very young premature baby and 8 year old. I am hoping that the dust and paint fumes are not toxic or otherwise harmful. I wish that they would have cleaned the dust inside as it is hard for me to find time to do it between working and caring for a small baby. Also the gas cover has a little flaw in the paint on the edge of it that my daughter called out right away. I picked up my car very late this Friday so I was in a rush to pick up my children. I didn't call these finding out to the staff as I didn't realize until I had left. The outside of the car looked very clean and nice otherwise.

A two week repair estimate became over two months. Before you blame it on "suppliers", perhaps you should be dealing with new vendors who can honor the timeline. Completely unacceptable! Needles to say I will start this thread up the corporate ladder with AutoNation and Ford respectfully.

After 15 days we were told the vehicle was ready so we can to pick up. Found from our own inspection that it still had multiple areas that needed repair. Now I have another week of rental car out of pocket, along with coordinating another pickup. Not happy.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MR ARASH KHOSHI. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS FULLY COVERED AND I WOULD GET A GREAT, COMPETENT REPAIR. ON HIS ONE DAY ABSENCE I WORKED WITH MR SCOTT TEMPLETON,DIRECTOR AND HE WAS EQUALLY SUPPORTIVE AND COMPETENT.
