Your deadlines seem to be random dates and
the carwise updates made me believe that I
would get my car on the promised date only to
contact me via carwise to tell me that my car was
not ready. Had to push for an upgrade on the loaner
car and never given anything close to the car that
was in for repair. Owner never returned texts. Poor
service by a large local company. I deserved better
from Northside. It will take some doing to make me
a believer in your company again. Sorry very bitter.

My check engine light was on after driving ****/2 miles away from picking up my cart. That light was not on when I dropped off my car. I had the car in the shop 5 days before the deer T-boned me. I drove the car for ****.5 days after that and the check engine light never came on. The car runs and looks great but why is the check engine light on??????
