I believe it was an absurdly long time to fix a front corner of my vehicle. My vehicle was with your shop for over a month. At least twice I felt that Tim was extremely rude to me on the phone. If I managed or owned this business I would never let him be in contact with the customers. He constantly tried to talk over me and made it clear that “we are only a body shop”, never cared to listen or make my experience pleasant. I have worked with customers for most of my adult life & you do not act like that if you want people to come back or give a great review. I am sharing my experience with everyone I know so I can hopefully save them from the same grief.

The timeframe was ridiculous u had my car24 business days not including 4 Saturdays. I was told 13 business days. I'm not sure if ur employee count is lower at that facility but this was not a major repair job

Took longer than planned which is fine but had to pay for rental four extra days! This cost me more out of pocket. Also asked about a loose piece on side. No one fixed it and realized after I got home. And then I called after receiving texts it wohld b ready Friday. They had to check. No not ready Friday. Called Monday am. Said wohld b down Monday end of day. No one called and then I had to call and not ready. And then got Tuesday. I prob won’t use northside again because of rental issue and I asked if u had rentals to help me out. Nope.

I was very impressed with the services I received. Every one we dealt with was both friendly and professional.
It was great receiving text updates on my repair. It was encouraging to know that the process was moving along, and my car was done a day early! It was also wonderful having a rental car ready for me when I dropped my vehicle off. Shops I dealt with in the past required me to drive to the rental agency, so that was a great perk.
My car was clean both inside and out when I picked it up! That was awesome! Thank you. Keep up the good work!!
