Your generic text messages are confusing. I was told you would call, but was also told you would text.I don't know that the text's are just generic. My rental car company gave me a contract until 11-17-17 at 4 pm. So I was surprised my car wasn't ready without any other notification that it wasn't going to be done. Rick took car of it and I did get my car. I had filled up my rental car and then had to drive around again. I thank you for taking care and getting the car to me.
