I dropped off my vehicle for repairs on 6/7. I am not sure as to why All State thought I dropped off my car on the 15th. From their records.. That's when work started. So they gave me a hard time giving me a extension of my rental car. That I still haven't been reimbursed for to this date. Not your fault completely but still due to the collision centers paperwork. Which I will add is an All State Certified repair location and according to the first person I spoke with at the collision center... They weren't aware of when they told me the work only had a one years warranty. Once I extended my rental and got a new estimated end date I thought I had nothing to worry about. I was wrong. I was told the car would be ready on the 29th. I was informed via text that my car was done on the 27th.. I was excited! I unfortunately wasn't able to makeup that night but did call before close and asked if I could be driven across the street so I could pick it up.. Since I left work to try and makes trot he dealership. I was told they could not. Wonderful. So I came in the next day expecting great work. I honestly expected great work. I even bragged to friends that I took it to Ford instead of taking it to a small brand place or mom and pop place. Well sadly I was incredible let down when I arrived to inspect my car and see the conditions that this car was presented to me in. Not to mention the ring and scratches on the exterior.. It looked like it was never even wiped down on the interior. If you plan on giving a customer his car back early... Please at least make sure it's detailed!! Customer service and satisfaction is key in any business. If I was a manager reviewing a vehicle to be presented to a client or customer.. Believe me.. I would have had all my ducks Ina row, crossed all my I and crossed my t's, and had a second person look it over. This is my first time owning a Ford and planned on buying a newer mode very soon this isn't a great taste in my mouth for any future interactions. They only diamond in the rough was Jim that was with me at evaluation of the car and is trying to fix all the issues I brought to his attention. I cut the list of reasons as to why I waste satisfied with my repairs because simply.. It is too much to write and I have written enough. I thought it was really great to have the text updates which provided me with progress on my car repair. Most of all, my car was just as pretty as it was before the accident.

I really appreciate the work you all did. The job that they did was excellent. But u wasn't to satisfied with the cleanliness of the vehicle when I received it. other than that it was perfect. Thanks again
