I was told because my car would be in for repairs for 30 days elder would wash the outside and clean the interior of my car. I thought that was appropriate. Imagine my disgust to se that elder actually billed the car wash to my insurance company!!! 15 for a car wash on a 6,000 repair bill. If you're going to bill me that's one thing, but to tell me you're extending me a courtesy and then I see it on my insurance bill was just such a sour note. Then, the car wasn't even clean. It clearly had NOT been vacuumed and there were grese stains on carpet and some fluid stain, plus the step over into the driver's seat had footprints all over it. The center console had been wiped with a dirty rag and it dried dirty. Thectesponse? "That got by me and I probably shouldn't have had them clean the car until after they were finished working in it and putting it all back together." Good idea! So far it looks good, although I'd asked to have my spare tire returned before I came to pick up the car, it had been forgotten and I had to ask about it, and your notification system had just told me my car would be ready March 23, and then I get a call at ****:30 on a Friday afternoon pressuring me to come get the car right away. If the car is on a different track from your preprogrammed emails, that's confusing for the consumer. Also tough to comevat the drop of a hat and pick up a car on Friday pm. They seem to have done a nice job with extensive repairs and these are little things in the grand scheme, but they do affect customer experience. The new collision manager was very nice. I appreciated the fact that the car was completed ahead of schedule and this was a very nice surprise. It was also great to get interim messages from mike telling me what was going on. I also appreciated**** organizing a tow truck to take my car to Elder for repairs. That was great. Many thanks to Elder for a job well done.

The collision department employees are an embarrassment to the service industry. The repair itself is perfect ... do yourself a favor and sweep clean every desk person in the collision department. Not to mention the dead rodent I had to walk around (photo available upon request) to enter the building to be treated terribly. Thank God there are other Ford dealerships.

The trunk of the car was wet ..I have never seen signs of water before..I assume that water was forced in somehow during the washing of the car..trunk not closed properly and put through the car wash...have thick rubber floor mat in the trunk and the water was on it...I will keep checking after the next rain and look for water again

The Crew at Elder Ford were all excellent. The Reps, the repair crew and front desk could not have been more helpful. Our Escape looks and drives the way it did when we first purchased it. We were **** in the beginning of driving a vehicle with such extensive damage. Our fears were calmed after driving it for a few weeks. The latest repair is another example of how happy we are with the Elder Crew. We came back to have our hood repaired after flying debris hit it.

My truck was still dirty, had overspray everywhere and both the front and rear TPMS sensors are not functioning.

My tail light is cracked and my light of my trunk is hanging. Also the bumper tips seems to be filed down. I called and send picture and have gotten no reply on this.

The repair was not done right the first time. I had to reject it when they told me it was finished they totally miss matched The running boards,and did not clean their mess from sanding. Funky the overall job seems ok now , when I picked the truck up it Was raining so I really didn't get to look real close at it. But thanks it's finished.
