There is a piece that needed to be found in order to repair the whole car. We did the leg work of trying to find it. There was lack of communication of what was going on with the ordering of the parts. The service people who actually fixes the car always do a great job but if there is other things that need to happen a lack of communication and lack of finding parts for cars.
