As I left my Tacoma with the crew at Chaney's for body repairs, while I went on a short vacation. When I returned, I found that all the repair were done beyond my satisfaction ( and I'm very particular ) the vehicle was completely cleaned and ready to go. Great job to all at Chaney's.

All staff was excellent. My vehicle came back looking better than new is the second time I’ve used genies and they never let me down especially Mike really took care of us and updated me regularly since I’ve worked at the body shop in the street for 25 years I know what is a good shopper was not in the shop is very good.

Mike, my collision expert, was great! He made sure to call me every 2-3 days to keep me informed on progress and the car was finished before promised. The entire process was seamless and my car is back to perfect.

The original estimate was not honored. I was told, when I was there to drop off the vehicle, that the estimator was new and that he didn’t take certain things into account when he did the estimate. ( He was no longer with Chaney’s on that day). It took an additional 20 - 30 minutes to get the updated estimate. I had already rented a vehicle for the estimated one week repair, so I was somewhat locked in. The repair wasn’t finished during the stated week timeframe which caused me a need to extend my rental an additional 4 days which added $200 more to my overall expenditures. Once the repairs were “complete”, I noticed, after the fact, that the “Nameplates” had not been replaced on the car which required an additional trip into Chaney’s to have them applied. To make this experience even more of an irritant, these repairs were not even functionally needed and were only cosmetic in value.

The damaged area of the vehicle looks factory new. The paint matching was perfect. The customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Chaney’s to others.

There is a rattle/ vibration coming from somewhere up front when the car is at a stop and idling. I mentioned this to Mr King when I picked the car up, but I had trouble reproducing it at the time, since it was a new noise, and it was after closing time and we both had long days, so I didn't pursue it any further at the time.
